The fine print, up front
Everything that affects your total, spelled out before checkout.
- Rental period
- Rentals are for 1 week starting on the drop off date. Choose 1–4 weeks at checkout — additional weeks are an extra charge at your package's weekly rate.
- Delivery & pickup
- Included in the pricing. The price is the same if you'd rather pick up or drop off instead of the delivery service.
- Stairs
- $10 for each flight of stairs at drop off or pickup. A flight of stairs is a continuous set of more than 4 steps — elevator service does not count as stairs.
- Need more bins mid-rental?
- $5 per extra box plus a $30 delivery fee — just contact our team during the rental period.
