Does Ghatt2Go handle my move as well?

No! Ghatt2Go only provides the boxes and carts to help make moving simpler and easier. You are responsible for the move itself.

Do I need to be present for delivery and pickup?

Yes, someone over the age of 18 needs to be present to sign for and accept delivery, along with pickup. ID is required.

How long can I keep the boxes?

Our standard rental period is 7 days, but we offer flexible rental options if you need more time.

What if I need more bins previously than expected?

No problem! Simply contact our team during the rental period and let us know how many more boxes you need. The cost is $5 per extra box along with a $30 delivery fee.

How many boxes do I need for my move?

To make your move as simple as possible we've put together suggested bin packages for both home and office moves based on the size of your location. See our pricing page. If you'd like to order more bins, and more rolling carts contact us and we can deliver.

How big are the bins?

The bins are 18.75 gallons, with the dimensions of 27" length, 17" width, and 12" height.

Is there a delivery or pickup fee?

No! The delivery and pickup fee are included in the pricing already. Pricing does not change if you want to pick up/drop off on your own instead.

Do I need to clean the boxes before returning them?

Yes, please remove all personal items and return the boxes clean. We charge a $1 cleaning fee per box for each box that isn't returned clean.

Can I use the boxes for storage?

Absolutely! Our bins are great for temporary storage during moves, renovations, college moves, and organizing projects.

What happens if I damage or lose a box?

Accepted Answer

Lost or severely damaged bins will require a replacement fee. We charge a $70 fee for each lost or damaged box, along with a $90 fee for each lost or damaged cart.

Why should I rent instead of buying cardboard boxes?

Reusable bins are: stronger and stack better, easier to carry, better for the environment, faster to pack with, and there's no need to break down and throw away boxes.

We currently serve Hagerstown, Williamsport, Smithsburg, Boonsboro, Hancock, Berkeley Springs, Frederick, Martinsburg, Brunswick, Clarksburg, Germantown, Mt Airy, Walkersville, Chambersburg, Greencastle, Waynesboro, Shippensburg, Gettysburg, Mercersburg, and the surrounding areas. Can I extend my rental?

Absolutely! Simply contact our team at least 24 hours ahead of the pickup date. You will be charged for every week that you keep the boxes beyond what you've already paid for.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your order anytime up to 24 hours before the pre-scheduled delivery date for free. If you need to cancel within less than 24 hours notice, there is a $60 inconvenience fee. If you have already received the boxes and need to cancel your order post-delivery, that is fine too, we simply charge a $100 re-stocking fee.

Do I need tape for the bins?

Nope! The beauty of renting Ghatt2Go boxes is having the convenience of pre-assembled boxes. That cuts down on both the time required to pack, and cost of supplies.

What if we have stairs?

Accepted Answer

No problem! Any delivery that involves our team having to go up or down stairs will be a $10 fee that will be added at checkout. If you choose to carry the boxes up or down the stairs yourself we will not charge you. Unreported stairs is an extra $7 charge on top of the $10.
